Write the key details about the story, "How I Taught My Grandmother to Read".

The Plot: A 12-year-old Sudha Murty teaches her 62-year-old illiterate grandmother, Krishtakka, how to read the Kannada alphabet.

The Motivation: The grandmother wants to become independent so she can read her favorite weekly magazine serial, Kashi Yatre by Triveni, on her own.

The Climax: On the occasion of the Dussehra festival, the grandmother successfully reads the book independently and touches her granddaughter’s feet as a mark of respect for her teacher.
