Raw water versus Boiled water:

Water is involved in all life processes and therefore, to maintain the normal functioning of the body, its reserves must be constantly replenished. Most often, modern man uses boiled water in the form of hot drinks and the first course. But many people find it better to periodically drink raw, clean tap or spring water throughout the day.
Boiled water is often called "heavy" or even "dead" water. Examples of fish or houseplants are given as an excuse. If you water the flowers with exclusively boiled water or pour it into an aquarium even for unpretentious freshwater fish, then after a few hours they can be expected to die.
Scientists confirm that drinking boiled water does not bring any benefit to people. For example, large oxygen molecules in water have the ability to "cling" to themselves other minerals and vitamins and ensure their rapid delivery into the blood and body cells. That is why doctors recommend drinking all medicines and dietary supplements only with pure raw water, and not with juices or, for example, tea. But researchers assure that there is no oxygen in water, the temperature of which has at least once reached a hundred degrees, and that is why its molecules do not perform their important functions. But as for the fact that boiling kills harmful impurities in the water, scientists also strongly doubt.
The time when water reaches and continues to remain at the temperature of about one hundred degrees, in an ordinary household kettle lasts twenty seconds - at least one and a half minutes, and heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, nitrates, phenols, and other residues of oil products do not leave it anywhere during this period and do not evaporate. But if boiled water does not bring any health benefits, then why not simply replace it with raw water?
The main purpose of boiling water is to destroy harmful and pathogenic microorganisms that die at temperatures close to one hundred degrees. The tap water that flows from the tap in every Indian apartment is disinfected with chlorine at the treatment facilities, and it is really capable of killing all pathogenic bacteria. However, water enters the house through pipes, the service life of which does not even exceed ten years, but much more. On the way from the treatment plant to the home sink, millions of different microorganisms join the water from the walls of never-washed old pipes. And at the outlet of the tap, a liquid teeming with bacteria and saturated with chlorine flows. Only after reaching a hundred degrees does its infectious safety increase, and many toxic substances, for example, the same chlorine, instantly evaporate. In addition, exposure to temperature softens hard water and therefore leaves tea and coffee with a pleasant taste. It turns out that from the point of view of safety, it is best to use boiled water, and if only it replenishes the water balance in the human body, then nothing terrible will happen.
However, in 2017, a group of British and Australian scientists under the auspices of a research program at Harvard University made a sensational discovery. It turns out that all the drinking water that is available on the European continent and in North America contains pieces of microplastics. Some of them are no more than a millimeter and, depending on the region, there are not so many of them, but when boiling in ordinary household teapots, the amount of microplastic in it increases significantly. And even if the heat treatment of water is carried out in another, for example, in a metal container, the toxins from it still remain.
Most likely, they cause disruptions in the work of hormonal glands, negatively affect the optic nerves and the condition of the skin. The exact degree of harm caused by drinking water with such impurity is currently only being studied by researchers. But at the laboratory level, microplastic has already been found in filtered samples of most water utilities in Indian cities.
If you constantly use boiled water, then the consumer will protect himself only from pathogenic bacteria. Microplastics, which means complex phenolic-aldehyde resins, both in raw tap water and in boiled water, still remain and will accumulate in the human body over time. While humanity is doomed to drink only boiled water with similar impurities and continue to live on.
